The Dining & Bar

The Dining and Bar

In the centre of Dhipirri Lodge is the main deck which provides a guest lounge area, indoor-outdoor dining area, licensed bar and commercial kitchen.

The Guest Lounge area is perfect for relaxing in comfortable chairs while taking in the magnificent views of the ocean and cooling sea breezes.

The dining area offers flexible seating arrangements for groups occupying the whole lodge or separate parties sharing the space.

The licensed bar area offers a great spot to relax after a dayโ€™s fishing and there is also an adjoining beautifully manicured lawn garden area.

The staff at Dhipirri aim to cater to all appetites and requirements, this being all part of the personalised service.

Please note: By law clients are not allowed to bring alcohol into this area of Arnhem Land, however Dhipirri Barra Lodge has a special liquor licence for our premises providing we supply it. You simply cannot bring your own alcohol into Dhipirri.

THE DINING

With a hostess running the licensed bar each evening and a qualified chef operating the full commercial kitchen for breakfast and dinner, there is no need to go without on a visit to Dhipirri.

Breakfast is cooked to order by the chef with a wide choice available in addition to cereals, toast and freshly brewed coffee.

Morning tea and lunch are both enjoyed on the boats with ice cold water and soft drinks also provided.

The evening meal is prepared to the highest standards by our chef and comprises a three course meal which is typically enjoyed as a communal event.

And when it’s Crab Night – dinner moves onto the outside seating area to watch the sun and crab go down.

Freshly prepared sashimi and chilli mud crabs are always highlights, as is the ‘catch of the day’ on the open camp fire.

Did we mention the Crab nights are ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿ‘Œ

At Dhipirri we encourage you to discuss special requests with us when booking or in advance of arrival to avoid disappointment.
