We are looking for individuals that have exceptional skills, are passionate about what they do, and are willing to go beyond what is normally expected, in order to give our guests the experience of a lifetime in Australia’s Northern Territory. Having the ability to work productively within a small, close-knit team and able to live onsite in a remote location is essential.
In return you will be rewarded with an attractive salary, with accommodation and meals supplied.
You will also have the rare opportunity to live and work in one of the most beautiful and interesting locations in Australia.
Employment is seasonal as the Lodge is generally open between late February and early December each year.
We are looking for staff who are prepared to commit for the full season (or longer) but shorter-term positions can be negotiated, and casual roles are also available as relief for staff on leave.
Husband and wife/Partners who can fill two roles are most welcome to enquire.

In any given season, the Dhipirri Lodge Team in Arnhem Land consists of the following:
- Operations Manager
- Front of House Hostess
- Qualified Chef
- Fishing Tour Guides (generally 5)
- Housekeeper
- Grounds and Maintenance person
We also have an office in Darwin for a small administration team.
